Responsibilities: To support the program director, inter alia in the following areas: Providing support to the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Central Management System (CMS), a major contribution to e-Governance. The CMS is developed using MS Visual Basic with Seagate Crystal Reports & MS SQL Server in the different road divisions with RHD project offices located throughout of the country. Coordinating with software development team and conduct analysis of field troubles. Developing plans, guidelines, and policies to implement and acquisition of hardware for the division office. Preparing monthly report of CMS implementation; types of problems, solutions, required further development. Collaboration with RHD senior officials for engineering works and Controller of General Accounts (CGA) officials for government financial matters to conduct in depth compliance audits and penetration testing, presenting results to stakeholder. Preparing training materials and technical documents of all RHD software for govt. officials and implementing CMS and other software application; hardware and network establishment and maintenance; evaluate and select hardware and network equipments for purchasing. Responsible for all implementing operations; recruit implementation officers to establish network; traveling local regionally, nationally to meet with clients to discuss their needs, installation of PC; supervising daily activities of implementation officers, application developers, database and network.
